On useCauses the room to rain for 10s. Tears falling from above, dealing 50% Isaac's damage and inherit any tear effects.

On use with 66 rain dropsImmediately kills all enemies. Each killed enemies spawns MaxHP ÷ 100 heart pickups.

Trigger its on-use effect with 66 rain drops. This can be achieved by Rainy Doll's Birthright effect.
